Lead and sell analytics consultancy projects for Maiven Intelligence, combining mixed-methods, digital and social analytics, audience segmentation, LLM and GEO analysis to produce actionable reputation and communications insights. Manage end-to-end delivery, client relationships, proposal development, and scale data/AI-informed products while mentoring junior analysts and supporting new-business growth.

Lead and deliver brand and reputation campaigns, manage day-to-day accounts, counsel clients, handle national media enquiries, draft reactive and proactive communications, build media relationships, run digital thought-leadership and social activations, support new business and product development, and manage junior team members and suppliers to keep accounts on track and within budget.
