Manage production and maintenance of Group Financial Crime policies and standards, perform regulatory horizon scanning and gap analysis, support training and communications, engage stakeholders across asset management, life and corporate functions, and embed risk-based approaches and impact assessments at group and local levels.

Provide actuarial leadership and subject-matter expertise for strategic initiatives, proposition development and business change. Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement, produce impact assessments, governance papers and valuation/model guidance, embed controls, coordinate SME delivery, translate technical concepts for senior audiences, and identify process and control improvements across Finance, Commercial, Risk and Technology.

Deliver independent, risk‑based monitoring and testing of Financial Crime controls (CDD/EDD, sanctions, transaction monitoring, third‑party oversight). Produce evidence‑based findings and reports, translate technical issues for senior stakeholders, contribute to MI and assurance planning, guide analysts/SMEs, and support continuous improvement of the 2LoD GFCC Monitoring & Testing function.
