Provides financial control and oversight for UK property funds, including fund reporting, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, investor reporting, statutory accounts, audits, transactions, and control reviews. The role involves challenging third-party administrators, advising fund managers, supporting acquisitions and launches, preparing accounting memos, coordinating stakeholders, and improving processes and controls. It requires collaboration with internal teams, auditors, tax advisers, service providers, joint venture partners, and international colleagues.

Own and deliver complex sustainability, client, fund, product, and regulatory reporting for an asset management business. Responsibilities include validating ESG data, resolving reporting issues, maintaining controls and governance, translating regulatory requirements into processes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing vendors, and driving automation, process improvement, data quality, and reporting scalability.

Manages non-investment oversight, operational due diligence, governance reporting, risk assessments, breach management, and control reviews for delegated and outsourced fund managers. Ensures adherence to supplier, outsourcing, regulatory, contractual, and risk frameworks. Coordinates service reviews, fund launches, change initiatives, committee reporting, due diligence visits, and stakeholder engagement across investment, compliance, legal, risk, operations, custodians, and external managers.
