Manage production and maintenance of Group Financial Crime policies and standards, perform regulatory horizon scanning and gap analysis, support training and communications, engage stakeholders across asset management, life and corporate functions, and embed risk-based approaches and impact assessments at group and local levels.

Lead end-to-end delivery of M&G’s Servicing AI transformation programme across digital, data, CRM, contact-centre, and automation workstreams. Responsibilities include roadmap execution, agile delivery, benefits realization, governance, risk and regulatory controls, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and leading multidisciplinary teams in a regulated financial-services environment.

Deliver accurate and timely portfolio services operations for life and annuity funds, including fund and investment reporting, regulatory reporting, cash and asset transfers, in-specie transfers, fund transitions, and data-quality monitoring. Maintain operational controls, investigate incidents, support audits and regulatory queries, respond to stakeholders, and drive process improvements. Serve as a subject-matter expert without direct people-management responsibility.
