Teams at M&G

Oversee NAV processes and fund financial reporting produced by third-party administrators across private-market fund ranges. The role performs risk and error validation, investigates control failures, supports remediation, designs NAV checks, reviews reconciliations and fund agreements, and provides technical accounting expertise for fund launches, integrations, restructurings, and regulatory change. It acts as a subject matter expert on fund accounting, costs and charges, governance, complex assets, and valuation methodologies while managing internal and external stakeholders.

Manages a panel of national advice firms, using telephone, Teams, and occasional face-to-face engagement to achieve sales targets. Develops adviser relationships, identifies growth opportunities, supports financial product distribution, documents activity in Salesforce, and maintains compliance with regulatory and risk requirements. Collaborates with sales, account relationship, and cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes and support M&G Life’s growth ambitions.

Owns end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex change and transformation projects within M&G’s Life business. Responsibilities include defining business cases, managing scope, resources, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholders, suppliers, and benefits realization. The role leads project teams, maintains plans and documentation, reports progress, manages issues and dependencies, supports regulatory change delivery, and coaches other project managers.
