Provide day-to-day oversight of third‑party investment platform arrangements (including FNZ). Produce and maintain MI on service performance, incidents, risks and controls; support governance forums; manage incident/escalation and remediation tracking; assist with regulatory, audit and proposition governance activities; and collaborate with internal teams and third‑party partners to ensure robust oversight and customer-focused outcomes.

The Programme Manager will lead complex digital and marketing initiatives, ensuring project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team management while driving accountability and innovative solutions.

Manage post-sale pricing and Matching Adjustment approvals for bulk purchase annuity and de-risking deals. Develop member option methodologies, validate pricing outputs, maintain controls and governance reporting, liaise with stakeholders, and drive scalable process improvements to support CPS operations.
