Lead product strategy and roadmap for hotel distribution, build investment cases, prioritise portfolio decisions, drive complex discovery and experimentation, coach senior PMs, manage large third‑party integrations, and represent Mews externally in distribution channels.

Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, and expansion. Own segmentation, campaign automation, testing, reporting, and funnel analysis. Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, partner with cross-functional teams, communicate results to leadership, and drive data-backed growth initiatives as a senior individual contributor.
