Lead and scale the accounting organisation across multi-entity global operations. Own controlling, reporting, tax, payroll, technical accounting and SOX readiness. Drive US GAAP adoption, SEC/PCAOB compliance, faster month-end close, Coupa procurement transition, and AI-enabled automation. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, build bench strength in accounting and SOX, and transform processes for a public-ready finance organisation.

Monitor payment flows and KPIs across PSPs, manage incidents end-to-end in Jira, perform root-cause analysis, maintain runbooks, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, produce KPI and vendor performance reports, and use AI tools to streamline operations and surface anomalies.

As the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with the SVP, streamline operations, improve decision-making, and ensure cross-functional alignment in a high-growth startup.
