Lead consulting workstreams and projects, evaluate strategic initiatives, manage client relationships, prepare executive communications, and guide junior colleagues. The role requires analytical problem-solving, market research, business acumen, leadership, and entrepreneurial initiative. Travel is required based on project needs, and candidates must have 5–8 years of management consulting or similar experience, a bachelor’s degree, English fluency, and the right to work in the UK.

Owns client deliverables, presentations, status reporting, and solution development. Conducts primary and secondary research, data analysis, hypothesis development, workshops, and business case creation to support strategy and implementation. Manages client engagements and relationships, provides team guidance, and applies commercial awareness and consulting skills to deliver client outcomes.
