Own Melotech’s organic growth engine by identifying creators, communities, trends, and scalable content formats. Build creator networks, launch campaigns, run rapid experiments, discover emerging channels, and connect organic insights with paid growth. Track reach, engagement, shares, saves, and cost per view while creating playbooks, trackers, scripts, and automations. Work closely with founders, growth, product, and data teams in a remote, performance-oriented environment.

Support Melotech’s organic growth engine by identifying creators, communities, trends, and new channels; running rapid content experiments; scaling successful organic campaigns with paid media; measuring performance; and building trackers, scripts, and automations. The role collaborates closely with founders, growth, product, and data teams.

The Founders Associate acts as the CEO’s strategic operator, managing high-impact cross-functional projects, preparing executive reports and presentations, tracking KPIs, conducting market and investor research, supporting fundraising, improving internal workflows, and assisting with recruiting. The role requires high autonomy, analytical strength, executive communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment while helping shape company strategy and growth.
