The Founders Associate acts as the CEO’s strategic operator, managing high-impact cross-functional projects, preparing executive reports and presentations, tracking KPIs, conducting market and investor research, supporting fundraising, improving internal workflows, and assisting with recruiting. The role requires high autonomy, analytical strength, executive communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment while helping shape company strategy and growth.

Supports the CEO as a strategic operator by managing cross-functional projects, researching markets and competitors, preparing executive materials, tracking KPIs, supporting fundraising and investor relations, improving internal processes, and assisting with scalable recruiting. The role requires autonomy, analytical and communication skills, executive collaboration, and strong interest in media, music, video, or social media.

Build and deploy production machine learning models, scalable ML infrastructure, real-time training and inference pipelines, multimodal AI systems, and model APIs. Optimize model performance for cost, speed, and accuracy while applying MLOps practices. Collaborate with data science teams to productionize research models and independently architect highly available ML systems for a global media and entertainment platform.

The Data Scientist will turn messy media and audience data into business insights and decisions. Responsibilities include sourcing and cleaning data, analyzing trends and audience behavior, designing experiments, building and deploying forecasting and content-analysis models on AWS, maintaining trusted dashboards and reports, and applying LLMs and agentic coding tools. The role works autonomously with engineering, product, business, and company leadership in a fast-paced remote startup environment.

Owns paid growth end to end, including budget allocation, paid social campaigns, creative testing, measurement, reporting, and automation. The role manages Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat accounts, directs creative partners, evaluates campaign metrics, and uses data to optimize growth. The manager will work closely with founders, product, and data teams in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Own and improve the company’s backend data and orchestration platform, including external integrations, event-driven pipelines, storage, monitoring, backend services, infrastructure, security, and access management. Build reliable systems with freshness and quality checks, simplify a rapidly grown data environment, document processes, communicate trade-offs, and guide junior engineers. Own the creation and launch of a new consumer product from scratch. Define the vision, conduct user research, prototype and ship features, analyze retention and engagement metrics, and build habit-forming product loops. The role combines product management with hands-on technical building and requires autonomous decision-making, AI-native development, and close collaboration with the founder.
