Support EMEA Sales Operations by improving forecasting, CRM governance, reporting, and operational efficiency. Maintain dashboards, analyze pipeline and sales performance, manage territory and quote workflows, coordinate with Systems & Tools, and assist onboarding and GTM readiness.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and improve collaboration between technical teams.

Manage post-sale relationships for a designated EMEA account base, driving renewals, upsell/cross-sell, onboarding, adoption, and customer advocacy. Collaborate with sales, solutions architects, and internal teams, report on customer health and opportunities (SFDC), and act as trusted advisor to maximize retention and revenue.
