Manages end-to-end responsive repairs contracts across occupied social housing, ensuring contractual performance, budgets, timelines, health and safety, quality, KPIs, and service standards. Leads four supervisors, handles client and resident complaints, produces performance reports, and supports operational teams in delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Oversee electrical works across planned and reactive housing maintenance contracts. Supervise operatives and subcontractors, schedule jobs, monitor site progress, ensure legislative, safety, quality, and certification compliance, and provide technical advice. The role also includes operational reporting, client meetings, employee coaching, asset and equipment management, customer satisfaction, emergency callouts, and support for out-of-hours services.

Supervise planned, cyclical, and responsive building repairs across tenanted properties. Coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors, conduct property and work-at-height inspections, monitor quality, safety, productivity, resources, and contract profitability, and ensure compliance with regulations. Record work and prepare reports using PDA systems and Excel, conduct site visits, resolve customer issues, and support timely, high-quality service delivery.
