Leads logistics and trade compliance for offshore, onshore, EPC, and EPCI projects. Manages logistics personnel, procurement coordination, freight forwarding, customs, heavy-lift transport, marine logistics, supplier selection, budgets, schedules, logistics plans, and compliance. Coordinates with engineering, clients, fabrication yards, subcontractors, ports, customs brokers, and government authorities. Requires extensive international project logistics experience, trade compliance knowledge, and leadership across multicultural environments.

Leads contract management and claims activities for EPC/EPCI projects valued up to $500 million. Supports pre-award qualifications, contract negotiations, and post-award commercial administration, including notices, billing, guarantees, change management, risk opportunities, documentation, and project closeout. Coordinates contract specialists, interfaces with project and client stakeholders, chairs commercial meetings, manages contractual correspondence, and develops lessons learned. Requires strong negotiation, risk analysis, stakeholder management, and knowledge of energy, offshore, subsea, and floating-facility project lifecycles.

Supports contractual and commercial management for complex EPCI projects across pre-award and execution phases. Responsibilities include contract negotiations, contract setup, change management, notices, client correspondence, billing, guarantees, risk and opportunity tracking, progress reporting, and closeout. Coordinates with project, engineering, procurement, construction, legal, finance, and client stakeholders; leads commercial meetings and supports contractual strategy, claims, change orders, and preservation of contractual rights.
