Lead financial and technical delivery of very large EPIC/EPFC projects ($500M+), manage project and discipline managers, own project execution plans, stakeholder relations, cost/schedule/quality/safety performance, change and risk management, business development support, and mentor future leaders.

Lead and manage the engineering scope and technical execution of EPC projects, develop Project Execution Plans (including MOPEX), coordinate multi-discipline teams, control cost/schedule/budget, prepare proposals and project documentation, supervise project engineers, manage client and third-party interfaces, and ensure orderly project closeout and lessons learned.

Manage all aspects of package delivery within budget and schedule, ensuring compliance with QHSES and project requirements. Oversee communication with stakeholders, track costs, and manage documentation while identifying risks and opportunities.
