Manages HSES policies, regulatory compliance, training, audits, risk reviews, incident investigations, subcontractor oversight, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. The role leads HSES personnel, ensures implementation of company procedures, supports management-of-change activities, and verifies compliance across projects and operations. Candidates need substantial energy-industry HSE experience, a relevant degree, NEBOSH Diploma, ISO lead-auditor experience, and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Coordinates engineering disciplines, subcontractors, deliverables, schedules, scope, change management, customer approvals, quality, procurement, and project reporting. Supports engineering execution planning, constructability and model reviews, technical queries, audits, safety studies, and resolution of interface issues across engineering offices, fabrication yards, and offshore operations. May supervise project personnel and act as deputy project manager. Travel is required as necessary for customer and project meetings.

Leads project quality operations for EPC projects, including quality planning, audits, inspections, nonconformance evaluations, root cause analysis, readiness reviews, certification, reporting, and customer coordination. Supervises quality teams, mentors personnel, ensures project quality plan execution, and coordinates supplier and client pre-inspection activities.
