Manages the Europe pricing team, develops staff, partners with firm leadership, advances pricing processes and technologies, promotes pricing resources, and supports lawyer training. Requires strong financial modeling, stakeholder influence, commercial analysis, project management, and professional-services pricing experience.

Provides recruitment and development administration for trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices. Responsibilities include screening applications, managing candidate communications, coordinating assessment centres and university events, supporting vacation schemes and diversity initiatives, maintaining trainee records, arranging payments and secondments, updating PeopleSoft, producing reports, and assisting with qualification and seat-move processes.
