Architect and maintain global identity and access management capabilities, including identity governance, privileged access, authentication, Conditional Access, Active Directory, Entra ID, and zero-trust controls. The role requires an England and Wales-qualified solicitor with at least four years of post-qualification experience and strong leveraged finance expertise.

Develop and execute business development strategies for the Finance practice at an international law firm. Responsibilities include supporting pitches and RFPs, creating client and account plans, developing thought leadership and marketing campaigns, tracking market and competitor intelligence, coordinating events and webinars, maintaining marketing materials, and collaborating with global BD teams and lawyers. The role also involves process improvement, AI tool adoption, stakeholder management, and guidance of others.

Supports client audits for risk management by analyzing financial and corporate information, preparing audit packages and reports, tracking findings, researching companies and individuals, reviewing audit alerts, and coordinating responses across Firm departments. The role also produces SQL-based reports, maintains audit documentation, monitors database usage, and supports risk management attorneys with scheduled and ad hoc research requests.

Supports lateral partner recruitment and integration across practice groups and offices. Responsibilities include maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating interviews and meetings, researching target firms and market trends, preparing integration materials, tracking KPIs, supporting client targeting and relationship mapping, and completing related projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, research, prioritization, relationship-building, initiative, and attention to detail.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions for multiple international offices, including invoice posting, electronic payments, supplier reconciliations, disbursements, ledger reconciliations, and month- and year-end activities. Ensures compliance with SRA Accounts Rules, VAT, AML regulations, internal controls, and service-level agreements. Maintains supplier records, resolves invoice queries, supports audits and financial projects, and coordinates approvals with partners, directors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
