Join Maven Securities as a graduate infrastructure engineer in London, specializing in Linux or networking. You will support trading-critical systems, tune operating systems and networks for low latency, automate infrastructure with Ansible, Python, and Bash, participate in incident response and on-call rotations, and build observability using Prometheus and Grafana. The program combines structured training with hands-on work in a fast-paced proprietary trading environment.

Manage daily workplace and facilities operations for a London office. Responsibilities include handling workplace requests, conducting inspections, coordinating contractors and preventative maintenance, managing access reports, supporting health and safety compliance, maintaining supplies and records, processing invoices and purchase orders, assisting onboarding and desk moves, providing reception cover, and supporting events and out-of-hours works. The role requires strong Excel and AI tool skills, facilities experience, contractor coordination, BMS knowledge, basic M&E troubleshooting, and excellent organization and communication.

Participate in a structured software development internship with two weeks of technical training followed by a seven-week project embedded in Maven engineering teams. Collaborate with developers and traders on real-world technology problems, learn C++, C#, Python, TypeScript, React, and emerging AI technologies, use in-house tools, and receive ongoing mentoring and feedback.
