Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L and balance sheet reports; lead month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis and revenue reporting. Maintain financial controls, support statutory reporting and audits, and improve reporting processes across multiple entities and revenue streams.

Own the target enterprise architecture for a growing, acquisition-led wealth management group. Define technology strategy, rationalize platforms, establish integration and AI architecture standards, guide engineering teams and vendors through delivery, and advise senior leadership on major technology decisions and acquisition due diligence.

Lead Mattioli Woods’ Group-wide Data & AI strategy, roadmap, governance, architecture, analytics, automation, and responsible AI practices. Build data foundations and quality controls across an acquisitive, FCA-regulated organization; identify workflow improvements; deliver AI and analytics into production; and build a high-performing internal team supported by specialist partners. The role involves communicating investment cases and outcomes to the CIO and Executive Committee.
