Support the EMEA PR team to execute integrated brand PR campaigns, coordinate PR agencies, manage press inbox and media sell-ins, drive trade shows across UK and EMEA, sign off partner materials, and handle finance tasks like raising POs and logging transactions.

Support regional media execution by coordinating delivery across multiple EMEA markets, ensuring consistency, pacing and quality. Liaise with local agencies, monitor campaign readiness and performance, identify execution risks, support optimizations, reporting, and cross‑market sharing of learnings. Assist onboarding of markets/agencies and uphold regional governance and processes.

Provide customer-facing order fulfilment and inventory allocation support across EMEA. Liaise with Order Management, Finance, Distribution and TMS to resolve order issues, perform root-cause fill-rate analysis, support S&OE escalations, and drive operational excellence and cost-saving initiatives.

Manage day-to-day licensing relationships for UK and Northern Europe softlines partners: build joint business and marketing plans, forecast and track financial goals, pitch and secure new licensing deals, negotiate renewals, attend trade shows, collaborate with internal teams (product, retail, marketing, legal, finance) to deliver product to market and grow category opportunities.
