Lead delivery of utility-scale BESS projects from financial close through construction, commissioning and handover. Act as client representative, manage EPC/BoP/OEM contractors, ensure compliance with UK CDM and grid requirements, control programme, cost, risk and commercial positions, oversee technical integration (BESS, PCS, substations, protection, SCADA), and ensure safe handover with full documentation.

Lead QHSE for East Anglia 3 O&M, ensuring compliance with UK HSE and environmental legislation. Develop and implement QHSE systems, audits, incident investigations, contractor assurance, risk management, emergency response, and stakeholder engagement across onshore and offshore sites.
