Own and evolve CRM operations, governance, campaign execution, segmentation, scheduling, and platform management. Enable cross-functional teams to use CRM effectively while maintaining quality and consistency. Use data, testing insights, and audience analysis to optimize customer communications and measurable business impact. This individual contributor role requires strong platform ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on CRM expertise, preferably with Braze.

The Staff Data Scientist will provide technical leadership in Claims, developing ML and AI systems for risk decisioning and fraud detection, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale decisioning and enhance claims automation.
