Senior technical accounting role owning complex, judgement-intensive accounting across the Group (insurance, car finance, SPV, consolidation). Lead FRS 102 transition, revenue recognition remediation, audit readiness, balance sheet reconciliations, and coach junior staff. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, FP&A, Actuarial, and auditors to embed technical accounting controls and resolve legacy issues.

Manage affiliate and influencer relationships, build and deploy email and organic social campaigns (Braze, Figma), coordinate campaign delivery, maintain AI-assisted performance reporting and dashboards, and automate reporting workflows.

The Senior CRM Operations Manager will own and evolve CRM operations, build governance frameworks, support stakeholders, and drive campaign execution through data insights and collaboration across teams.
