A 24-month rotational graduate programme across fund accounting, operations, treasury, compliance, and client servicing. Participants develop knowledge of financial markets, fund structures, operational processes, liquidity and risk management, regulatory compliance, and client communications. The programme includes technical training and exposure to SQL, Power BI, AI, and Microsoft Office, with rotations tailored to individual interests, skills, and business needs.

Research, develop, and refine predictive signals and quantitative models for systematic investment strategies. Responsibilities include sourcing novel datasets, statistical modeling, machine learning, large-scale data analysis, designing and validating trading signals, backtesting hypotheses across market conditions, and collaborating with portfolio managers to deploy successful ideas.

18–24 month graduate programme in London rotating across multiple software and infrastructure teams. Participants work on one or two impactful projects, receive mentoring, seminars with senior staff, and gain broad exposure to engineering disciplines, development styles, and business functions to build technical foundations and choose a long-term path.
