Provide legal advice and documentation for UK and cross-border investment funds, negotiate investment management and service agreements, advise on FCA/AIFM regulatory matters, partner with Compliance/Risk/Operations, manage legal and regulatory risk, contribute precedents and process improvements, and support investment-related acquisitions.
