Oversee and assess external asset managers’ stewardship activities, including proxy voting, engagement, sustainability practices, surveys, and reporting. Develop stewardship expectations, assessment criteria, questionnaires, and monitoring processes; analyze manager and sustainability data; identify gaps; track improvements; and produce reports for clients and stakeholders. The role also involves engaging managers, supporting regulatory and responsible-investment reporting, and collaborating with investment, client, policy, and research teams.

Develops new business and grows client relationships for Marsh Risk Consulting services. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, managing regional opportunity pipelines, supporting sales processes, meeting revenue targets, networking across UK offices, delivering training and webinars, and collaborating with consulting specialists to develop and close solutions. The role requires strong communication, organization, relationship-building, client presentation, and willingness to learn about risk management and consulting solutions.

Advise senior leaders and clients on employment-law liabilities, review and stress-test employment practices, prepare witnesses for court or tribunal, deliver legal training and mock trials, support crisis simulations, and develop client relationships and new business. The role also involves managing projects and helping establish Marsh’s employment defensibility and regulatory consulting practice.
