Manage a portfolio of 4-6 multinational clients to deliver global insured employee benefits. Coordinate local renewals and Mercer appointments, oversee implementation and governance, provide strategic advice, monitor global programs, liaise with senior client contacts, and identify growth and new-business opportunities.

Provide commercial legal advice and contract drafting/negotiation, identify and escalate legal/risk issues, support innovation and risk strategy projects, manage cases and reporting, and work closely with business and legal teams during a 12-month maternity cover.

Analyze reinsurer security and market conditions to support brokers and clients. Produce analytical reports, newsletters, and research notes, maintain market security platform, respond to stakeholder queries, present findings, and manage large financial datasets while building relationships with brokers, insurers, and clients.
