Provides consulting advice and ongoing service to healthcare and protection clients, manages and grows a profitable client portfolio, negotiates fees, develops relationships, and wins new business. The role partners with internal teams to meet client expectations and expand service delivery. It is hybrid, requiring at least three office or client-site days per week, with locations across several UK cities.

Leads cyber catastrophe modelling and analytics for treaty and retro reinsurance placements. Oversees complex risk analyses, challenges model assumptions, reviews data quality and scenario testing, and signs off client deliverables. Provides senior client and market advisory on cyber tail risk, accumulation, limits, structures, and portfolio optimization. Builds the firm’s cyber risk view, develops methodologies and governance, contributes thought leadership, and manages, mentors, and develops analysts and modellers.

Creates engaging enablement content supporting Marsh’s go-to-market strategy. Collaborates with subject matter experts, project leads, and stakeholders from discovery through delivery; uses research, data, design judgment, and content patterns to address colleague needs. Produces and edits video content, applies style guides, influences stakeholders, and contributes to the internal content community while working in an Agile environment.
