Lead end-to-end catastrophe modelling projects for Latin America & Caribbean clients. Manage and validate client exposure data, run Verisk/RMS models, review complex analyses, prepare reports and presentations, and liaise with brokers and clients to quantify and communicate risk and recommend portfolio improvements.

Manage strategic global benefits accounts across the UK and Europe, leading client relationships, escalations, global reviews, rebids, retention, and satisfaction. Support sales pipeline development, provide expertise in cost management and benefit design, oversee Darwin technology delivery, develop thought leadership, and train or mentor local teams. The role requires extensive global benefits consulting or broking experience, strong stakeholder and project management skills, commercial judgment, and excellent communication.

Manage the full lifecycle of trading counterparty documentation and onboarding. Maintain pipeline tracking, coordinate Legal, Credit, AML/KYC, Operations, Trading, and external counterparties, lead stakeholder meetings, monitor dependencies and blockers, oversee document collection and reviews, and manage counterparty offboarding in line with governance requirements.
