Lead complex, multi-year finance transformation projects and transitions across the UK, Europe, and global business units. Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, planning, budgeting, resource negotiation, stakeholder management, risk and change control, PMO methodology maintenance, executive reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also requires leading cross-functional workstreams, supporting strategic objectives, and managing transformational initiatives within a large organization.

Lead complex finance transformation programs and projects from initiation through delivery. Manage project plans, governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, scope, and reporting while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Support operating model, process, technology, and change initiatives; engage senior leaders, resolve issues, ensure organizational standards, and drive continuous improvement across projects and programs.

Provide executive remuneration consulting advice to Remuneration Committees and senior leadership. Responsibilities include benchmarking executive pay, researching market data and public disclosures, designing incentive arrangements, building financial models in Excel, managing project workstreams, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting discussions with CEOs and CFOs.
