Lead global expansion and stewardship of Lefay luxury wellness resorts within a Joint Venture. Safeguard wellness methodology, drive brand standards, P&L performance, governance, development pipeline, stakeholder alignment, sustainability, and build a lean high-performing leadership team while operating across Marriott's matrix.

Drive new and existing business across Business Travel and Corporate Groups. Manage BT RFPs and corporate group enquiries through contract signature, capture client requirements, coordinate with hotel teams and Planning, maintain sales systems, support site inspections, trade shows and sales activities, and apply market data to sales strategy while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Coordinate and execute revenue management (pricing, forecasting, inventory) for hotel portfolios using RMS tools. Deliver analysis, forecasts, sales strategy meetings, training, system setup, and channel parity to maximize RevPAR and profitability. Support senior RMS leadership and execute market initiatives.
