The Key Account Executive at Marqeta will cultivate relationships, manage sales processes, onboard enterprise customers, and communicate tech benefits to partners.

Lead technical onboarding and configuration of Marqeta products, guide customers through API integrations, provide technical support, create runbooks and training, advocate customer needs to product teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful implementations.

Lead and coordinate technical workstreams across engineering and product to deliver projects on time. Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication; run planning, estimation, prioritization, and status reporting; remove blockers and document technical decisions.
