Own the global customer experience function across four markets. Lead, coach, and hire the CX team; establish consistent inbox, triage, escalation, and service standards; reduce contact volume by addressing root causes; scope internal tooling with engineering; analyze customer metrics; and communicate customer insights to product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Support two co-founders by managing calendars, inboxes, communications, travel, events, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and confidential personal and professional administration. The role requires anticipating needs, protecting founder focus, coordinating across countries and time zones, triaging requests, maintaining accountability, and building AI-assisted workflows in a fast-moving startup environment.

Lead and grow Marloo’s UK sales organization, owning revenue, team performance, hiring, forecasting, pipeline generation, enterprise deals, sales processes, and performance measurement. Coach sellers, improve conversion and deal execution, manage procurement and compliance sales cycles, and connect customer feedback to product development. The role requires continued personal involvement in complex deals and building a scalable sales system for global expansion.
