Leads end-to-end delivery of complex technical programmes across secure access and hosting. Develops roadmaps, manages priorities, budgets, vendors, risks and delivery performance, and reports progress to senior stakeholders. The role partners across engineering, product and business teams, removes delivery barriers, and promotes agile, product-led ways of working. It also involves coaching multidisciplinary teams, improving delivery practices, and ensuring secure, stable services and measurable business value.

Lead the future design and delivery of consolidation, group reporting, and external reporting within M&S’s SAP S/4HANA finance transformation. The role drives decisions on reporting processes, governance, controls, automation, testing, deployment, and adoption while partnering with Finance, Technology, Tax, Audit, and Programme teams. It requires influencing senior stakeholders and translating complex IFRS and reporting requirements into practical solutions for a complex listed group.

Owns end-to-end commercial strategy for M&S Travel Money across in-store and digital channels. Converts customer insight, market trends, technology opportunities, and financial data into business cases, trading initiatives, pilots, and scalable delivery plans. Leads cross-functional collaboration across Retail, Digital and Technology, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and external partners. Oversees performance metrics, risk management, customer experience, and data-led improvements to drive stronger trading results and innovation.
