Lead the Change & Controls team to strengthen governance, risk management and operational controls. Partner with senior Finance, Risk and Internal Audit, develop the Material Control Framework, influence executive decision-making, drive process improvements, and line-manage a small team to embed sustainable control enhancements.

Lead agronomy for Produce resilience: develop strategy, manage category supply base, build supplier and grower partnerships, drive sourcing/varietal/innovation plans, collaborate with commercial and technical teams, and represent Produce in cross-business resilience projects.

Work as a backstage retail operations assistant handling stock, deliveries and store replenishment. Use digital tools to track inventory, maintain stock availability, support colleagues across the store, and perform physically demanding, fast-paced tasks across varied shifts to keep the shop floor clean and fully stocked.
