Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production electronic trading systems. Build monitoring and infrastructure automation, optimize processes, troubleshoot live and test environments, support external users and APIs, participate in global and weekend support rotations, manage incidents, document technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement across production engineering and support functions.

Supports sales and client engagement for fixed-income electronic trading products. Delivers product demonstrations, presentations, and market expertise; analyzes client and product data; develops sales and marketing materials; educates sales teams; gathers feedback for product management; tracks KPIs; supports launches; and identifies AI and automation opportunities. Requires experience in electronic trading, fixed income markets, client-facing sales, and product adoption.
