Oversees complex negotiations, sales strategy, pipeline performance, client onboarding, reporting, and regulatory governance. Provides fixed-income market expertise, supports client presentations and training, resolves escalations, partners with Product teams, and develops a high-performing sales team. Requires strong commercial judgment, leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
