Coordinate and deliver Early Careers programmes (graduates, apprentices, interns) across regions: recruitment, assessment centres, onboarding, training logistics. Design and improve programmes using AI and data, manage apprenticeship administration, maintain programme data and dashboards, support Workday Learning, reporting, events and broader Talent Development projects to drive candidate experience and capability building.

Lead pricing for portfolio-level, cross-class SPS deals. Develop and iterate pricing assumptions, monitor portfolio performance, support reserving/reinsurance, define monitoring tools, and engage brokers and stakeholders to drive profitable portfolio growth.

12-month FTC supporting IT Service Operations with data analytics, performance reporting, and process improvements. Create ad-hoc reports and monthly scorecards, monitor incident/service request quality, coordinate regional service improvement plans, track IT controls and hardware inventory, and drive small improvement projects using Jira and ITSM tooling.
