Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and design, deliver and evaluate inclusive learning, leadership and talent programmes. Manage apprenticeship programmes and levy funding, develop learning pathways and blended solutions, use data to measure impact, and embed talent management and a continuous learning culture across the organisation.

Manage and grow a portfolio of trusts and foundations, secure gifts of £5,000–£50,000, research prospects, write funding applications and reports, steward donors, contribute to fundraising plans, maintain supporter records, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets.
