Provide live IT support for production-critical front-office trading systems during market hours. Monitor trading activity, investigate incidents, manage market data configurations, support electronic execution workflows, and collaborate with trading, development, and infrastructure teams. Participate in change management, testing, and release deployments. The role requires fluent French and English, basic-to-intermediate Linux/UNIX and SQL knowledge, strong communication, pragmatic problem-solving, and curiosity about financial products and trading processes.

The Rapid Application Developer will utilize rapid development techniques for projects, build trading frameworks, support applications, and manage data systems.

Design and develop high-performance Java applications for real-time trading and risk systems, optimizing performance and providing production support.
