Supports the Solutions COO team in managing business operations, delivering sales initiatives, launching products, and improving processes. Leads project planning and execution, management information and KPI improvements, operational risk management, regulatory initiatives, onboarding, governance, and automation efforts. Coordinates with Sales, Trading, Front Office, Control, Support, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tax, and Risk teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable operational growth.
