Lead business development and product marketing for Marex’s hedging and investment solutions in Europe. Define market opportunities, competitive positioning, go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, content, digital campaigns, and client events. Partner with sales, product, markets, legal, compliance, vendors, and agencies to grow revenue and market share in derivatives and structured products. Manage marketing performance, budgets, workflows, and scalable operating processes in a regulated financial-services environment.

Validate and develop quantitative pricing, trading, valuation, and risk models across multiple asset classes. Responsibilities include reviewing C++ implementations, testing Python-based models, validating VaR and credit risk methodologies, developing historical datasets, conducting Monte Carlo and sensitivity analyses, calibrating model parameters, assessing complex transactions, and producing technical validation documentation using LaTeX.

Performs daily P&L production and risk-based analysis across multiple asset classes, including funding, sales credits, Greeks, and fair value adjustments. Manages front-office-to-ledger controls, investigates discrepancies, supports SOX compliance and audits, and identifies control weaknesses. The role also contributes to product initiatives, process automation, finance transformation, and reporting improvements while collaborating with Trading, Operations, Risk, Legal, and senior stakeholders.
