Two-year graduate rotation with a 3-month software bootcamp then placements across Platform Engineering (Python Platform, Infrastructure, End-User, Architecture & Operations). Work includes managing large on-prem and cloud infrastructure, automating infrastructure with software, administering OS and databases, operating petabyte-scale storage and GPU deployments, optimising data centre networks, and collaborating with stakeholders while receiving training and mentorship.

The Senior Stewardship Analyst will implement stewardship strategies including proxy voting and corporate engagement, ensuring alignment with ESG standards and quality reporting.

Conduct original alpha research on global macro assets, building and testing predictive signals (trend timing and directional). Model dynamics across rates, FX, equities and commodities, evaluate signals statistically, contribute to portfolio construction and risk analysis, monitor live strategy performance, and collaborate with researchers and portfolio managers to implement and refine trading strategies.
