Manage end-to-end quantitative market research projects including budgets, timelines, client communication, fielding oversight, troubleshooting, ISO compliance, and final billing. Coordinate internal kickoffs, work with panel and programming teams to maximize sample, ensure incentives and financial metrics are processed, and enforce quality and regulatory standards.

Lead global panel incentive and payment operations: design and optimise incentive processes, ensure compliance and audit readiness, manage vendors, own payment tooling/UAT, produce KPI reporting, coach staff, and resolve complex payment cases to improve turnaround, reduce costs, and increase respondent satisfaction.

Design and deliver statistical, probabilistic and simulation models to support decision-making. Translate business questions into deployable analytical solutions, quantify uncertainty, validate and monitor models, and partner with engineering, product and business teams to productionise models and define operational requirements.
