Supports the day-to-day administration of real-world research projects by monitoring participant shipments, maintaining project trackers, investigating discrepancies, responding to panellist queries, processing incentives, and documenting actions. Own M3’s global sustainability compliance program, including EcoVadis submissions, carbon and emissions reporting, supplier due diligence, ESG policies, regulatory monitoring, client questionnaires, RFP responses, and annual sustainability reporting. Maintain audit-ready documentation, support MSA negotiations, track sustainability data and deadlines, contribute to thought leadership, and ensure alignment with UK, EU, and corporate ESG requirements.

Recruits Dutch-speaking market research respondents, schedules interviews, builds and engages research panels, supports members by phone and email, investigates inquiries and fraud, verifies registrations, tests project links, and reports recruitment progress to project management teams.

Leads global panel acquisition, retention, and engagement marketing across multiple brands. Manages a global team, develops multichannel campaigns, oversees budgets and ROI, optimizes SEO and content programs, improves user journeys, supports rewards initiatives, and governs panel brand consistency. Uses data-driven insights to increase registrations, participation, reactivation, conversion, and lifetime value while collaborating across marketing, digital, design, and panel teams.

Design and deliver statistical, probabilistic and simulation models to support decision-making. Translate business questions into deployable analytical solutions, quantify uncertainty, validate and monitor models, and partner with engineering, product and business teams to productionise models and define operational requirements.

Manage day-to-day account relationships and delivery of digital campaigns for healthcare clients. Translate briefs into actionable project plans, monitor progress, optimise campaign performance, and manage approval processes (e.g., Veeva PromoMats). Identify client opportunities and ensure timely, compliant campaign delivery.

Lead and manage a client service team delivering healthcare-focused qualitative market research. Coach staff, oversee project delivery, budgets, billing, quality, and process improvements while collaborating with senior management and sales to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.

Lead and deliver international healthcare market research projects across the full lifecycle: planning, setup, fieldwork, quality control, vendor management, client reporting, budget ownership, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring ISO-compliant processes and client satisfaction.
