Own the global Workplace IT roadmap across networks, telephony, infrastructure, endpoints, identity, productivity tools, and service management. Lead a multi-country team, manage operating and capital budgets, oversee vendors and contracts, improve security hygiene and resilience, and establish service-level performance standards. The role supports offices, warehouses, retail sites, and call centres across multiple African markets and requires a user-focused approach to scaling IT capabilities.

Own the people strategy for Product, Design, Digital Lending, Fraud, Workplaces, Impact, and Corporate Communications and Marketing teams across multiple markets. Advise senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, manager capability, talent attraction and retention, people analytics, employee relations, culture, and change. The role requires strategic and operational HR business partnering across globally distributed and market-specific teams.

Leads the people agenda for a globally distributed Technology and Product organization. Advises CTO and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, team transformation, performance, engagement, people analytics, and complex employee relations. Owns engineering partnering, oversees Product support through a direct report, coaches a Senior People Partner, and aligns people strategy with business outcomes across multiple regions.
