Drive new business growth across the UK and Ireland by developing territory and account plans, prospecting, managing sales pipelines, engaging business and technical stakeholders, presenting value propositions, and leading complex enterprise software deals from discovery through negotiation and close. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and partners while consistently achieving sales targets.

Supports UK and Ireland sales teams through technical presales, solution consulting, proof-of-concept management, product demonstrations, technical discovery, solution design, and objection handling. The role translates M-Files capabilities into business value, documents technical and integration requirements, builds customer relationships, and collaborates with Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to advance deals and support upselling.
