Design, build, and operate MICA’s enterprise AI platform infrastructure, integrations, automation, governance controls, monitoring, and lifecycle processes. Translate operational requirements into secure, scalable production capabilities; manage AI tool onboarding, authentication, access, auditability, performance, usage, and cost optimization. Partner with AI operations, security, data, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot incidents and establish platform engineering standards across the global organization.

Provide high-level support to the Chair and CEO by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across stakeholders and time zones, preparing briefings and presentations, researching clients, arranging travel, managing expenses, and supporting executive priorities. The role requires proactive stakeholder management, discretion, strong organization, commercial awareness, and confidence working with senior leaders, high-profile clients, talent, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Supports security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, risk and compliance, AI security governance, third-party assessments, security awareness, and business resilience. The role also helps deploy and manage Microsoft security tools, conduct configuration reviews, maintain security policies and playbooks, assess supplier risks, produce security reporting, and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
