Develops and maintains complex EPCIC project schedules for offshore and onshore oil and gas projects. Performs schedule analysis, baseline creation, scope reviews, progress tracking, critical-path management, variance analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning. Produces workforce histograms, progress curves, and reports while coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, hookup, and commissioning activities. Mentors junior planners and leads planning initiatives.

Leads contract management and claims success for EPC/EPCI projects valued up to $500 million. Supports pre- and post-award activities, negotiations, contract setup, billing, guarantees, change management, correspondence, risk and opportunity tracking, and project closeout. Coordinates contract specialists, interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, legal, finance, clients, and partners, and chairs commercial management meetings. Develops lessons learned and promotes contractual and commercial awareness across project teams.

Leads process engineering design for oil and gas projects, including FEED, studies, detailed analyses, process simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, flare studies, and safety deliverables. Coordinates with engineering disciplines, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and project teams. Reviews technical documents, supports estimates and change orders, participates in HAZOPs and audits, checks engineering work, and mentors less experienced engineers.
