Provides advanced administrative support through executive calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, document preparation, filing, expense processing, mail distribution, and office equipment operation. Serves as a liaison with service providers, maintains matter management documentation, supports special projects, and handles varied administrative requests while prioritizing multiple tasks and communicating effectively with employees, managers, and executives.

The Senior Principal Planner develops and analyzes complex project schedules for offshore and onshore oil and gas or power-generation projects. Responsibilities include baseline creation, schedule quality checks, progress validation, resource loading, critical-path analysis, risk analysis, workforce histograms, progress curves, variance reporting, recovery planning, and schedule compliance. The role supports EPCIC projects, facilitates multidisciplinary planning, mentors junior planners, and uses Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse, Microsoft Project, and Excel.

Develops and maintains complex EPCIC project schedules for offshore and onshore oil and gas projects. Performs schedule analysis, baseline creation, scope reviews, progress tracking, critical-path management, variance analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning. Produces workforce histograms, progress curves, and reports while coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, hookup, and commissioning activities. Mentors junior planners and leads planning initiatives.
