Lead subcontract strategy and administration for projects: evaluate proposals, develop and negotiate complex subcontracts, ensure compliance, support audits, manage subcontractor performance and closeout, and provide guidance to site and home-office stakeholders.

Lead delivery of procurement packages from planning through execution, ensuring cost, schedule, QHSES and contractual compliance; manage stakeholders, risks, forecasts, supplier engagements, and team resources while reporting status to project and corporate leadership.

Lead detailed telecom engineering design for oil & gas projects, performing FEED/detailed analyses, producing design reports, managing discipline execution, interfacing across disciplines, supporting procurement, testing, commissioning, and guiding junior engineers. Lead planning and scheduling for subsea/offshore EPCIC projects: create and maintain Level 3/4 schedules, run schedule quality and risk analyses (Deltek/Acumen), validate EVMS progress, produce histograms and progress curves, mentor junior planners, identify delays and recovery actions, and set schedule parameters (WBS/OBS/calendars).

Lead and manage engineering scope and technical execution for EPC projects. Develop project execution plans, coordinate multi-discipline teams, control cost/schedule, produce engineering deliverables, support proposals, supervise engineers, manage change, ensure safety in design, and close out projects.

Lead mechanical engineering design for offshore facilities including conceptual, FEED, and detailed design; prepare calculations, reports, and procurement support; coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, review vendor/subcontractor submissions, provide technical direction, and support construction and offshore surveys.

Lead end-to-end package delivery (procurement and subcontracts) ensuring on-budget, on-schedule execution while managing cost, schedule, risks, stakeholders, QHSES compliance, and reporting to project and corporate management.

Lead and manage project procurement activities including RFQs, commercial evaluations, PO awards, vendor negotiations, strategy implementation, team supervision, cross-functional liaison, and continuous improvement of procurement processes to meet project schedules, specifications, and budgets.

Lead telecom engineering for FEED and detailed design of telecom systems (FDS, GDS, CCTV, TEL/LAN, radio, PA-GA, IDS, ACS). Produce design calculations, reports, specs, procurement support, vendor/subcontractor reviews, FAT participation, and HAZOP closeout. Coordinate with disciplines, mentor junior engineers, manage scope changes, and ensure compliance with standards and functional safety (IEC 61508/61511).

Lead process safety engineering for LNG and low-carbon fuel projects, delivering HAZID/HAZOP/QRA and consequence modelling. Define safety engineering basis, integrate safety into design, develop fire & gas philosophies, support environmental assessments, and represent process safety in client and regulatory engagements.

Senior Principal Pipeline Engineer provides technical leadership on complex onshore/offshore pipeline design and installation. Responsibilities include advanced analyses (wall thickness, stability, free-span, FEA), design approvals, vendor/subcontractor reviews, procurement support, resource planning, discipline lead duties, cross-discipline coordination, and mentoring.
