Teams at Luminance

Manage multiple enterprise customer implementation programs from initiation through stabilization. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project plans and governance, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate steering committees, provide executive reporting, monitor budgets and milestones, and ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and customer objectives. The role also supports implementation process improvements and strategic customer initiatives.

Lead complex enterprise implementations of the Luminance contract intelligence platform, from discovery and configuration through customer adoption. Manage concurrent projects, resolve delivery risks, guide senior stakeholders, and ensure implementations meet milestones and deliver lasting value. Coach colleagues, improve playbooks and training materials, establish configuration standards, and provide structured customer insights to Product. The role requires strong legal and commercial workflow knowledge, executive communication, prioritization, judgment, and experience crafting and teaching effective AI prompts.

The Product Manager will drive AI-powered solutions for legal teams and other business functions, overseeing the product lifecycle and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
