Executive leader responsible for directing two electrical infrastructure businesses, with full P&L ownership and accountability for strategy, growth, profitability, manufacturing, supply chain, product innovation, compliance, and organizational transformation. The role leads commercial development across UK, Middle East, and international markets; oversees budgets, business plans, operational KPIs, governance, risk, customer relationships, and talent development; and aligns both businesses with Lucy Group priorities.

Analyzes manufacturing costs, maintains standard costing in D365 Finance & Operations, prepares financial reports, forecasts, variance analyses, reconciliations, and budgeting support. The role also manages inventory cost controls, updates bills of materials and cost drivers, supports month- and year-end activities, improves finance systems, and contributes to business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process modeling, feasibility studies, documentation, and application improvement.
