Manage day-to-day site operations and workplace services for the London office, ensuring employee experience, facilities maintenance, vendor management, IT coordination, internal communications, employer branding, and local HR support (onboarding, visa processes). Drive local initiatives, maintain health & safety and workplace standards, and act as the primary on-site operational contact.
