Supports the first-line issue management lifecycle by maintaining accurate issue records, tracking remediation actions, monitoring ageing and closure readiness, performing data quality checks, and producing management information. The role also supports governance meetings, action tracking, audit-ready evidence, stakeholder follow-up, and continuous improvement of risk and control processes within a regulated financial services environment.

Lead the enterprise Post-Quantum Cryptography and cryptographic agility program. Develop migration roadmaps, dependency assessments, remediation priorities, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks across applications, infrastructure, cloud, networks, PKI, and third-party services. Assess vendor readiness, guide engineering teams through technical decisions and pilots, and communicate risks, investment recommendations, and complex security topics to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
