Leads strategy, roadmap prioritization, and value realization for enterprise AI products at LSEG. Responsibilities include defining AI product direction, integrating workflows and enterprise systems, setting quality and governance standards, managing investment trade-offs, partnering with engineering and control functions, sponsoring research into agentic workflows, and leading the AI product management team. The role also drives customer adoption, stakeholder alignment, delivery confidence, and measurable business value.

Provides second-line oversight of sustainability risk across LSEG. Develops risk frameworks, taxonomies, appetite measures, controls, reporting, scenario analysis, and stress testing. Reviews first-line assessments, identifies emerging risks, supports governance and disclosures, monitors regulatory developments, and advises senior stakeholders across Risk, Sustainability, and business functions.
