Leads FTSE Russell’s global financial controllership function, overseeing financial reporting, balance sheet governance, revenue accounting, statutory reporting, audits, risk and compliance. Drives finance transformation, systems implementation, process automation and control enhancement while leading a geographically dispersed team. Partners with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, risk, tax and treasury, and supports legal entity governance and board reporting.

Owns the roadmap and execution for FX post-trade workflows and Workspace applications. Leads customer discovery, product prioritization, agile backlogs, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, proposition, and commercial teams. The role focuses on STP, reconciliation, surveillance, workflow orchestration, interoperability, adoption, performance metrics, and continuous improvement across pre-trade, at-trade, and post-trade processes.

Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, scalability, reliability, and security of Kubernetes infrastructure and cloud platforms. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, people management, and guidance on cloud-native engineering, Agile delivery, security, compliance, disaster recovery, high availability, and cost optimization. Manage the Kubernetes container team backlog, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish software engineering and infrastructure best practices.
