Own and improve AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform-based infrastructure as code, GitHub Actions CI/CD, observability, and production reliability. Responsibilities include on-call operations, incident response, failover planning, security and compliance controls, secrets management, automation, self-service tooling, and runbooks. The role partners with engineering, Security, and GRC to support resilient, auditable infrastructure for a regulated clearing platform.

Build and maintain Rust backend services, APIs, ledgers, and integrations supporting clearing and treasury products. Design reliable financial systems with strong domain logic, observability, testing, and reconciliation. Own services from design through production support, participate in on-call and incident response, collaborate with Product and Security/GRC, and improve reliability, throughput, and technical standards.

Build and ship production frontend features for treasury, clearing, custody, and internal operations products. Collaborate with product and design, write tested and maintainable TypeScript, improve frontend architecture and tooling, resolve production issues, and contribute to frontend standards. The role requires hybrid work three days per week in the London office, with React, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and fintech experience preferred.
