Manage end-to-end KYB and ODD lifecycle for Financial Institutions and MSBs, implement Global Compliance Policy via automated systems, configure onboarding stack and AI document extraction, design Salesforce Flow logic, translate EWRA into system triggers, own rule lifecycle and conduct policy-vs-logic audits to reduce manual touchpoints and ensure audit readiness.

Lead Lorum's editorial strategy and execution: create data-led reports, longform thought leadership, case studies, and manage publishing, distribution, and freelance contributors to drive credibility and inbound demand.

Own end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles across London/UK and some global hires. Lead intake meetings, source actively (LinkedIn, ATS, outreach), run screening interviews, enforce structured scoring, manage offers including comp benchmarking and ESOP explanations, and help build talent processes and tooling.
