Hands-on Finance Manager to run UK finance operations: month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, payments, invoicing, VAT, statutory filings and bank reconciliations. Support group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, audit and NetSuite implementation. Act as first UK finance hire and individual contributor across multi-entity EMEA reporting.

Investigate transaction-monitoring alerts end-to-end, conduct KYB and onboarding reviews, run reliance reviews and RFIs, support remediation and offboarding, and reduce alert noise by improving rules and applying AI/automation to repetitive checks. Work closely with international compliance teams and document decisions for audit readiness.

Lead and evolve Lorum’s visual identity and brand system. Produce and ship marketing assets, build scalable design systems, collaborate with marketing/sales/product, and direct external agencies. Ensure all outputs communicate institutional credibility for regulated financial clients.

Hunt and close institutional banking clients (mid-sized and challenger banks) for EUR/GBP/USD clearing, correspondent and transaction banking. Build a self-sourced pipeline, run deals end-to-end, manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, hand over to implementation, and feed market insight to product, compliance and operations. Travel ~40% and work hybrid from London (4 days/week).

Build and lead Lorum's Account Management function across EMEA (initially global). Own retention, revenue, volumes and product adoption; build operating model, reporting, forecasting and automation; run cross-sell/upsell pipeline; manage key strategic accounts and mentor four Account Managers to scale the function.

Own and optimise end-to-end treasury fund flows, manage multi-currency cash and intraday liquidity, execute and monitor transfers across time zones, manage provider relationships, drive automation with engineering and AI, and build real-time dashboards and reconciliation pipelines to ensure timely settlement and regulatory compliance.
