Lead commercial operations by owning data, systems, and processes across the customer lifecycle. Build and maintain Salesforce and supporting stack, automate data capture and workflows, deliver forecasting and commercial reporting, instrument retention and growth signals, and partner cross-functionally to standardise SLAs and integrations. Hands-on role focused on building a headless CRM and scalable automations.

Own and optimise end-to-end treasury fund flows, manage multi-currency cash and intraday liquidity, execute and monitor transfers across time zones, manage provider relationships, drive automation with engineering and AI, and build real-time dashboards and reconciliation pipelines to ensure timely settlement and regulatory compliance.

Build and maintain high‑reliability backend services for clearing and payments. Design APIs and domain logic, ensure scalability, observability, security and compliance, participate in on‑call and incident response, write comprehensive tests, and collaborate with Product and Cross‑functional teams to deliver production systems.

Own full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients in cross-border payments and clearing. Source leads, qualify inbound, close deals, manage handover to implementation, ensure clients go live, build C-level relationships, forecast and hit revenue targets, and provide market feedback to product, compliance, and operations.

Lead Lorum's editorial strategy and execution: create data-led reports, longform thought leadership, case studies, and manage publishing, distribution, and freelance contributors to drive credibility and inbound demand.

Generate qualified outbound opportunities across payments, fintech and treasury; prospect via email, phone and LinkedIn; qualify leads for Enterprise AEs; build pipeline, attend industry events, maintain CRM hygiene and share market intelligence.
