Owns people management and engineering processes for a 30–50-person organization. Responsibilities include engineering recruitment, performance reviews, progression and calibration, delivery metrics, standards improvement, developer experience, cloud and SaaS management, security processes, and technical onboarding. The role partners closely with the CTO and tech leads while focusing on team effectiveness rather than technical architecture or coding.

Design, build, optimize, and productionize machine learning pipelines, data engineering workflows, tooling, and low-latency Python/C++ systems. Partner with quantitative researchers to turn trading model prototypes into scalable production systems. Responsibilities include architecture design, performance optimization, automated testing, cloud deployment, model serving, and supporting real-time inference for sports betting analytics.

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop production-ready trading models, design tooling and frameworks, and optimize performance using Python and modern ML libraries.
