Support teachers by assisting classroom instruction, working with individuals and small groups, supervising pupils, preparing resources, supporting behaviour and safeguarding, recording progress, and attending training. Gain on-the-job experience while completing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship with mentoring and regular reviews.

Provide day-to-day administrative support in a busy primary school office: maintain pupil and parent records in Arbor MIS, manage attendance registers, answer phones, welcome visitors, process deliveries and supplier invoices, assist with trips and payments, produce routine correspondence, and uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and school policies while learning through a Level 3 apprenticeship.

Support pupils with EHCPs and additional needs in class, run interventions, adapt support, promote independence and wellbeing, assist teachers with planning, maintain records, attend reviews, work with allied professionals, supervise play and administer basic first aid. Apprenticeship with online training, 30 hours/week for 18 months starting September.
