Support children aged 3–5 in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting by facilitating play-based learning, assisting with activities, observing development, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, supporting additional needs, and building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The 18-month apprenticeship includes Level 3 training, tutor support, mentoring, and potential full-time employment after completion.

Supports children under five in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting while completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. Duties include assisting with planning, teaching, assessment, learning through play, safeguarding, communication and language development, physical development, inclusion, small-group activities, parent engagement, and maintaining a stimulating environment. The apprentice receives supervision, training, and practical experience over a 19-month programme.

Supports school HR operations, including recruitment, safer recruitment checks, onboarding, HR data maintenance, payroll and benefits administration, employee records, contract changes, absence and performance administration, employee queries, and HR projects. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, strong organisation, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The apprentice will complete a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
