Senior claims professional responsible for oversight of managing agents to ensure adherence to Lloyd's Claims Principles, identify and mitigate claims performance risks, use claims data to elevate performance, provide quality assurance on claims reviews, and foster stakeholder relationships to influence positive outcomes across claims, legal, regulatory and policyholder issues.

As an Associate in Compliance and Oversight, you'll conduct compliance reviews, manage complaints, monitor regulatory risks, and support training within Lloyd's insurance marketplace.

Support and deliver Non-Natural Catastrophe (NNC) exposure management projects, provide NNC subject-matter expertise across Lloyd's, maintain and develop PBO materiality and maturity calculations, contribute to analytics, training, event response, market reviews, and stakeholder enquiries.
