Provide day-to-day administration and support for SAP SuccessFactors, configure modules and workflows, support Compensation and Performance & Goals, develop reports and dashboards, ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance, participate in system enhancements, testing (UAT) and release validation, and collaborate with People, Payroll and stakeholders to improve HR processes.

Join the Marketing Analytics team to build and own Marketing Mix Modelling pipelines, clean and structure time-series marketing data, calibrate models with experimental results, run budget scenario simulations, query user data with SQL, collaborate on data pipelines, and communicate econometric and machine-learning insights to stakeholders to inform multi-million-pound marketing decisions.
