Supports Data Ethics and Legal teams by managing data subject requests, privacy questionnaires, responsible AI controls, playbooks, documentation, reporting, and process improvements. The role coordinates cross-functional projects, maintains knowledge resources and intranet content, develops training materials, and translates legal, regulatory, privacy, and data ethics requirements into practical workflows. It also applies AI and automation to controlled business processes while tracking risks, escalations, turnaround times, and operational performance.

Lead the Identity Engine engineering team while serving as a hands-on technical contributor. Own technical strategy, architecture, roadmap, data-processing capabilities, system quality, and delivery across distributed services and cloud platforms. Partner with Product Management on long-term planning, resolve cross-team technical issues, mentor engineers, support hiring, and contribute to complex designs, code reviews, and architecture improvements.
