Teams at LiveKit

Partner with account executives as the technical lead on strategic deals, designing cloud architectures, delivering live demos, and running proofs of concept. Advise customers on self-hosted and cloud deployments, connectivity, latency, scalability, and reliability. Build voice and video reference applications, create technical content, present to technical audiences, and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires cloud, Kubernetes, infrastructure, networking, and programming expertise.

Partner with customers to design, prototype, and deploy real-time audio/video and voice AI systems on LiveKit. Build integrations, troubleshoot production issues, run architecture workshops, produce reference implementations, and feed implementation insights back to Product and Engineering.

Provide hands-on technical support to developers using LiveKit: triage and fix bugs, write sample and production-quality code, update docs, guide customers through integrations, collaborate with Sales/BD and community to ensure successful production deployments.
