Drive top-of-funnel outbound outreach to engineering and AI/ML buyers at enterprise accounts. Research target accounts, craft personalized technical outreach, book discovery calls and demos for AEs, and provide market intelligence to product and GTM teams while meeting monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.

Partner with customers to design, prototype, and deploy real-time audio/video and voice AI systems on LiveKit. Build integrations, troubleshoot production issues, run architecture workshops, produce reference implementations, and feed implementation insights back to Product and Engineering.

Provide hands-on technical support to developers using LiveKit: triage and fix bugs, write sample and production-quality code, update docs, guide customers through integrations, collaborate with Sales/BD and community to ensure successful production deployments.
