Jobs at LiveKit

Own long-term technical relationships for strategic accounts, drive architecture reviews and adoption, coordinate LiveKit teams for implementations and escalations, lead executive reviews, identify expansion signals, and build TAM playbooks for customer success.

Partner with customers to design, prototype, and deploy real-time audio/video and voice AI systems on LiveKit. Build integrations, troubleshoot production issues, run architecture workshops, produce reference implementations, and feed implementation insights back to Product and Engineering.

Provide hands-on technical support to developers using LiveKit: triage and fix bugs, write sample and production-quality code, update docs, guide customers through integrations, collaborate with Sales/BD and community to ensure successful production deployments.

Work directly with customers to design, prototype, and deploy real-time audio/video and voice AI applications on LiveKit. Build integrations, debug production systems, design scalable architectures, run technical workshops, produce reference implementations and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform and developer experience.
