Teams at LiveKit

Partner with account executives as the technical lead on strategic deals, advising customers on cloud architecture, deployment, connectivity, latency, scalability, and reliability. Build live demos, reference applications, and proofs of concept involving voice, video, telephony, and AI agents. Guide customers from discovery through production, create technical content, present to technical audiences, and share field insights with Product and Engineering.

Partner with customer engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy real-time audio/video and voice AI applications on LiveKit. Build integrations, debug production issues, run technical workshops, create reference implementations, and surface product insights to improve the platform.

Provide technical support to developers using LiveKit: triage and fix bugs, write sample and production code, update docs, collaborate with Sales/BD, and drive customer success and community support.
